About the Role

As part of our client's esteemed customer operations team, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers manage their personal loans and achieve better financial health. Our Finnish Personal Loans team is a tight-knit group dedicated to providing top-notch service and creating positive customer experiences that drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Advisor Extraordinaire: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with existing customers, providing them with excellent service.
• Loan Specialist: Assist customers with billing information, loan applications, obtaining additional loans, checking the status of loan applications, and managing insurance.
• Administrative Support: Manage some administrative and chat interactions, but your main focus will be on engaging with customers over the phone.
