What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the friendly face (or voice!) customers reach out to via phone, chat, or email
Help users with basic technical issues and product-related questions
Troubleshoot problems with smart devices and apps in a clear, helpful way
Escalate more complex queries to second-line support when needed
Keep accurate records and notes of each case in the system

What You Bring:
Fluency in one of the listed languages + solid English communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech curiosity and confidence using everyday digital tools
A positive, problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment
Experience in customer support is welcome but not required
