Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding technical queries and solve them in the best manner
• Escalate more complex issues to the technical department as required
• Document and update the CRM with the required information to ensure a proper follow up till the ticket is fully solved
• Identify opportunities for upselling/crosselling

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication skills in Flemish or Dutch and English
• Experience in a similar role within tech support, helpdesk
• Tech savvy and interested in building a career in this area
• Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
• Solution-oriented.
• Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
• Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
• Available to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday
