French Customer Advisor - Action Sports Industry

Your role:


As a Customer Advisor you will work with clients through email, webforms, chat and phone, that are coming directly from the website and/or the top fashion marketplaces, offering personalized solutions for all their inquiries.


You will control their experience at all levels of the supply chain, driving the brand to excellency. You are empowered to make the best decision for each situation by thinking creatively, helping customers and providing an excellent customer service experience.


Main tasks:


- Take incoming customer contacts (via email, webforms, chat, telephone or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.

- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.

- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

- To understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Your contributions:


- You are one on the following:

- Native in French plus fluent Spanish

- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ Internet configuration

- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment

- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs

- Commercial skills

- Working knowledge of marketplaces

- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution analyst or move into management.
