About the job

As a French Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for N26 users, ensuring they receive top-tier customer service. Your role will involve assisting customers with their accounts, transactions, and premium services through various communication channels. What is your daily life like?

✔️ Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in French.

✔️ Guide customers through issues related to account management, payments, and membership upgrades.

✔️ Troubleshoot financial and banking-related problems with clear, step-by-step solutions.

✔️ Ensure compliance with security and privacy guidelines regarding customer data.

✔️ Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting users.

• Native or near-native level of French (C2)
• Proficient in English (B2)
• Strong technical skills to troubleshoot customer issues
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
• Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using banking or financial applications is preferred
