Our client is a leading international car and van rental company operating in more than 140 countries worldwide, serving both leisure and business travelers. We are looking for motivated French Customer Support Specialists to join their international team.
About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers throughout their car rental journey, from general inquiries and reservations to helping them understand the different rental options and services available.
You will communicate with customers through different channels and ensure they receive efficient, friendly and personalized support.
Your responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email and messaging
Assist customers with questions regarding car rental reservations and services
Support customers throughout the rental process
Understand individual customer needs and recommend the most suitable options
Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Identify opportunities to suggest relevant additional services when appropriate
Build positive customer relationships through clear and friendly communication
Work closely with your team to maintain a high standard of customer service
Working hours
Monday to Friday
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
Weekends off – Saturday and Sunday

REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and confidence using digital systems
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
- Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Sales skills and the ability to identify additional customer needs are considered a plus
