What you’ll be doing at Webhelp
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Streaming Service, you will:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
- Provide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client.
REQUIREMENTS
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are proficient in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
