French Speaking Customer Service

French Speaking Content Moderators - Office based

Lisbon, Portugal

Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment)

Our client is recruiting French speakers for their client, a leading social media platform. They also have projects for various other industries.

Job Duties

• Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
• Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.

Essential Criteria

• Native level French and English.
• At least some customer service experience.
• Good general IT skills.
