Our client based in Lisbon recruiting for French Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work from home in the Lisbon area.

Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, mainly through inbound calls.

the role involves answering questions on account creation and balance managementon the relevant phone app.

Candidates must speak French Native level and ideally have previous customer service experience.

If relocating a discounted room can be available for the first 12 months.
