We are looking for French speakers at Native Level (C2), to work and represent the first northern European financial services group that can support via email, customers and companies with their financial services on a daily basis in their new French Speaking Customer Service Team in Lisbon. 

Benefits:

• A gross salary of € 890,00 x 14 months
• A monthly performance-based bonus of up to € 100,00
• A monthly food allowance of up to € 160,00 - €7,23/Daily
• Relocation packages and accommodation provided if needed
• Full-time contract (40 hours a week - 8 hours rotational shift – Monday to Saturday)

What will I be doing?

As French Speaking Representative, you will be trained to a very high standard to ensure that you are giving the best possible customer service via email to both individuals and companies. The training will also cover software support to fix technical issues and to be able to manage accounts and any issues related to online banking. This is a great opportunity for French Speakers to be successful within the Financial banking Sector. The position entails the majority of customer support will be via email.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C2 level in French
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
