Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert knowledge of our filters and tools.
  • Understand gaming community and safety policy guidelines.
  • Stay updated on your language market's pop culture, current affairs, and online trends.
  • Support local office/language market moderators.
  • Work in moderation queues and uphold market team confidence in language moderation.
  • Provide market teams with pop culture and current affairs resources.
  • Conduct workshops for local agents.
  • Maintain guidelines for pop culture and current affairs for agent reference.
  • Support broader Trust & Safety projects.

 

Your Profile:

  • Native-level French and very good command of English.
  • Willing to work abroad (on-site in Lisbon).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
