Duties
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
  • Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and attract customers
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent level of French
  • Advanced level of English
  • Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
