French-speaking Tech Lead Fullstack Java in Lisbon, Portugal

About Our Client : 

Our client is the Portuguese subsidiary of a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.

Their mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

The Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and evolutions of an application park of 4 Applications;
• Manage a team of developers who will be in charge of the solution application technology;
• Will be in direct contact with Application Managers and Project Managers based in France;
• Should intervene on the phases: detailed specifications and development;
• Be a part of the acceptance and integration phases.

Who you are

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Lead linked positions;
• Ability to understand functional specifications;
• Advanced knowledge in Java (6 and 11), Angular and Spring Framework;
• Advanced experience with Maven, Jenkins and Gitlab;
• We will appreciate experience in Websphere, Ant, C, JUnit or WildFly;
• Excellent French (Minimum B2) and English knowledge (minimum B1) 
• Mandatory Capacity to establish quotes and schedules;
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members;
• Rigor and analysis skills.
