What will you do?
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
Candidate profile
- Near-native level in French.
- Good communication skills in English (B2+ level).
- Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness.
- Resourceful, able to multitask.
- Willing and able to adapt to changes.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Prior customer support experience will be considered as an advantage.
