DESCRIPTION

German Support

Documenting: Record each case in our system, so we have a clear history of every interaction.

Problem-Solving: Work to resolve issues quickly. If something urgent comes up, flag it.

REQUIREMENTS

If you’re not a native speaker, you’ll go through a language assessment.

Language Skills: You should be at least C1 level or better German and B1+ in English, so you can handle documentation and system logging.

Experience: Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus, but not a must.

Location: Riga, Latvia

After your first three months, there’s an option to work from home at least two days a week, especially if you’re on a late shift ending after 9 pm.
