German Affiliate Manager to iGaming client in Gibraltar!

Position
Key tasks and responsibilities
• Responsible for the effective delivery, management and development of customer acquisition via affiliate channel for Germany and Austria.
• Motivate existing affiliates to optimise performance and renegotiate deals as well as identification and recruitment of new affiliates;
• Develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates;
• Regularly review affiliate sites and marketing practices, insuring compliance with Company policies;
• Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications.
• Able to plan and execute marketing plans against a set budget.
• Confident in communicating with affiliates on a regular basis.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with affiliates to maximize profitability.
• Able to liaise with stakeholders at all level to communicate effectively any marketing plans, or results.
• Support with the management of all existing acquisition marketing channels, e.g. campaign planning, implementation, testing and optimisation.
• Proactive development of the acquisition marketing in the AT market e.g. prospecting and implementation of new partners across all marketing channels.
• Support with onboarding of new acquisition marketing partners.
• Strong collaboration with the RTM/Onboarding/Product teams to optimise the conversion funnel, and to increase the customer lifetime value and ROAS.
• Ownership of managing ad hoc changes, e.g., price/creative/product changes that require adaptation of creatives etc.
• Operational support, e.g., URL creation, creative requests, maintaining acquisition reports daily.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Fluent in English; Fluent in German.
• Experience within affiliate marketing in the online gaming industry is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Structured, thorough and reliable working style paired with high customer orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Able to use initiative and be proactive.
• Positive attitude and willing to take on a challenge.
• Well organized.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in acquisition marketing/online marketing/ or performance marketing.
• Good existing network of marketing partners is a big plus but not a must.
• Demonstrated history of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the online gaming industry and for achieving ambitious results.
