German Speaking Digital Marketing Partner Support - €4,440 Signing bonus

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid, Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-Speaking Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns for our clients, with a focus on the German market.

Benefits:

• A package worth up to €27,000 per year
• €1110 per month basic salary over 14 months
• up to €400 per month language bonus
• €4440 signing bonus paid across the first year - no obligation
• €167 per month in food card

• 1 year (minimum) contracts
• Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm fixed shifts on a hybrid basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns for clients targeting the German market
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy creation to ensure optimal campaign performance
• Analyse campaign data and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as necessary to achieve client goals
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement cross-channel strategies for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in German and fluency in English
• Experience with Digital Marketing or Customer Service
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
