This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Support Specialist.
The B2B Support Specialist would provide assistance and support to the couriers and delivery people of our client, walk workers through solutions, and also document issues and solutions provided in the company's database.

- Experience with CRM tools and customer support software is a plus
