DESCRIPTION
Position: German Client Services Administrator
Location: Dublin
Salary: €30,000 + Bonus value between €1-2K per annum

Type: Permanent Position. (Hybrid working model, 2 days in office + 3 days WFH after 4 weeks training on-site)
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday only (flexible start from 6am-10am). 40 hours per week

In your role you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing administrative and interdepartmental support, and delivering high quality service. Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered
- Ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
- Working towards SLA’s
- Attend meetings, and taking minutes as required
- Manage business contracts and renewal schedules
- Be committed to learn and develop extensive product knowledge
- Multitasking on your daily workload
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for the Role:
- Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
- Previous experience of working in an office environment preferable
