Position: Content Moderator

Location: Sete Rios office – Avenida José Malhoa Nº 19, 1070-040, Lisbon

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 20:00

Probation Period: 30 Days

Contract: Unfixed term contract

Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of content uploaded to our platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing videos for objectionable or disturbing content, addressing issues such as violence, hate speech, and exploitation. You'll collaborate with supervising departments to manage content violations and contribute to the development of content management strategies.

Benefits:

• Gross Monthly Salary: €850
• Role Compliment: €50
• Permanent Signing Bonus: €150
• Language Bonus: €200
• Loyalty Bonus: €300 every 3 months
• Signing Bonus: €3000 (€1000 after the 1st month, €250 paid per quarter for 8 quarters)
• Holiday Bonus: €104.16
• Christmas Bonus: €104.16
• Performance Bonus: Up to €120 (subject to bonus plan conditions)
• Medical and Dental Insurance: Provided after 6 months of contract

Training:

The training period is fully paid and included in the contract. Your contract start date will align with your first day of training.
