German Speaking Content Moderation - Porto

A package worth over €22k per year

We're seeking those passionate about Customer Service and Social Media who speak B2 level German, to join the content moderation team for a virtual reality platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

Benefits:

• A gross salary of 950€ per month x 14 months
• A Language bonus of €550 per month x12
• A meal allowance of €167 per month x 12

• Full time contract (40 hours a week / 8 hours per day / 2 days off) Monday-Sunday

What you'll be doing:

• Content moderation of all types of video, images and written content
• Ensuring content is properly recorded as acceptable or not.
• This is not a customer service role, you will not be talking to clients or customers
• No previous experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training!
• There is a clear career path with the opportunity to rise to team leadership and also Global management roles.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• German B2 level
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• To be passionate about customer service
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email and web chat
