German Customer Care and Sales Specialist

Purpose of role:
In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and will provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction accompanying the future customer till the sale is concluded successfully having the opportunity of having a significant impact on the business. You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading competent consultations in a target driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
- You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
- You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
- You will carry out the sales processes and always have you main focus on the positive experience of the client
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in presales, sales and customer service in a multi-channel environment
- Excellent communication skills (both voice and written)
- German C2 Level
- High level of self motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets
- Customer centric and problem solving
- Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus
- You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions
