Position: German Customer Service Representative Location: Thessaloniki (Onsite)

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of finance and/or cryptocurrency is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support via voice and chat channels
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Utilize your language skills to assist German-speaking customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Details:

• Starting Date: April 11th
• Shifts: 8 hours per day (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Voice and chat support, with email support in English available
• Competitive salary of 1300€
