Job Title: German Customer Service Administrator  

Job Location: Dublin City South

Work Model: Hybrid options available

Contract: Permanent  


Abrivia are currently recruiting on behalf of a Leading Financial Services client based in South Dublin who are looking for a German speaker who would be interested in joining this fast-paced team. The ideal candidate would have a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service and an interest in the financial services sector.


REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care to internal & external clients.
  • Build a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues internal and external partners.
  • Ensure accuracy in all correspondence and update the system accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed the conditions of company standards, ensuring that deadlines are met, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally and liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required

Experience

  • Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written. 
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role  
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
