German Customer Service Advisor


Are you fluent in German and English, with a passion for providing exceptional customer support? We're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Oriente - Lisbon, supporting a leading Tourism Insurance Company.

Recruitment Needs:

Location of the Offices:

  • Oriente - Lisbon



  • Monday to Sunday
  • Early Shift: 08:00 to 17:00
  • Late Shift: 13:00 to 22:00
  • 2 Rotational Days Off



  • Base Salary: 1100€ per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: 100€ per 12 months
  • Complexity Bonus: 100€ per 11 months
  • Meal Allowance (net): 7.23€ per day
  • Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
  • Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)


Profile - Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in customer support (mandatory)
  • Good mediation skills (preferable)


Type of Contract:

  • CDD 6 months


Tasks Include:

  • Processing insurance policy administration or cancellation requests.
  • Re-issuing policy documentation as required.
  • Identifying, investigating, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Managing complex complaints professionally and timely.
  • Mediating between hosts & guests for reservation concerns.
  • Demonstrating ownership of user issues until resolution.
  • Processing responsible losses to provide the best resolution/support to users.
  • Recognizing product and process issues and submitting reports and feedback.
  • Maintaining accuracy and security of customer information.
