Your Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support mainly in German, occasionally in English, via email and chat
- Assist with account and billing inquiries
- Resolve login and registration issues
- Handle hacked account recovery and character restoration
- Address questions regarding rewards programs, tokens, and pre-paid game cards
- Manage inquiries related to payments and process refunds
- Maintain professional handling of customer data
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
- Fluent in German and English
