German Customer Service - Lisbon (Office-Based)
DESCRIPTION

Your tasks
· Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages
· General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
· Processing of our customers' requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address)
· Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring
· Experience in Customer Service, cross selling.
· Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: German - English is a plus
· Interest in telecommunication products
· Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00
· Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
