German & English Customer Support Advisor – Budapest, Hungary 

Location: Budapest

Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) | Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30

Contract: Permanent (after a 3-month probation period)

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally within set timescales.

✔ Maintain a full technical knowledge of our products & services.

✔ Recognize when a query should be escalated to another department or senior staff.

✔ Handle all customer correspondence as required.

✔ Accurately log all calls and follow company procedures.

✔ Maintain and update administrative records.

What You Need:

Fluent in German & English (both written & spoken).

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Interest in digital marketing & technology.

Strong problem-solving & communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Gross Monthly Salary: 550,000 HUF

Extras:

Language Bonus: 30,000 HUF

Meal Allowance (after probation): 30,000 HUF

Performance Bonus (after probation): 70,000 HUF

Annual Leave: 20-30 business days (as per Hungarian law)

Relocation Package:

Paid flight ticket to Budapest 

1 week of accommodation upon arrival 

Training:

Fully paid training included in the contract. Your start date corresponds to your first day of training.
