DESCRIPTION

As a customer support agent you will be communicating with companys clients, Igaming, and assist them with their enquirires. You would be representing the company therefore, you would have a vivid and responsible personality with availability to work in shifts.


4 days work 08:00am to 16:00pm

2 days off

4 days work 16:00pm to 24:00

2 days off

4 days work 24:00 to 08:00am

2 days off

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native level of German language
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Be good in communication with people and solving the problems over chat, mail and phone calls
  • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
  • Serious candidate who is looking to stay at the company long-term
