DESCRIPTION

Do you want to work for a global leader in customer service and support clients in the corporate finance sector? Our client is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents in the vibrant city of Madrid!

Join the Airplus project as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. You’ll assist clients with transaction and credit card inquiries, primarily in German, via phone and email. Benefit from fully paid training and a relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

What will you do?

Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
Provide support via phone and email
Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week

Candidate profile

Native or fluent in German
High level of English
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and professional
Must already have an NIE number or confirmed appointment
Eligible to work in Spain
Available to start on 27/10

Employer offers

Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
Paid training under contract
International and multicultural work environment
Travel reimbursement up to €200 after 3 months (ticket required)
Financial aid of €300–€400/month (gross) for housing during the first 3 months (requires proof of accommodation payment)
Signing bonus of €1500 gross
