Your Responsibilities

• Providing voice reservation services and customer contacts via phone
• Matching IHG products with guest needs for revenue generation and brand loyalty
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience using various tools and information
• Assisting guests with pre, in, and post-travel concerns
• Seeking continuous improvement in personal and team performance
• Contributing positively to team motivation and goal achievement

Your Profile

• Proficient in German and English
• High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
• Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desired)
• Previous experience in a call center, ideally in sales and/or customer service
• Strong communication skills and social intelligence
• Proficient in web navigation and adaptable to technological changes
