DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a German Speakers to join the team in their new Office location in Lisbon for a major German Bank.
- Benefits:A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.550,00 (€1.100,00 basic salary + €450,00 language bonus)
- An extra € 1.100,00 salary twice a year on top of your normal monthly salary
- A Monthly meal allowance of up to € 167,00 - €7,63/Daily
- Workplace: Lisbon – Office
- Working Hours: between Monday to Saturday – 08:00 AM – 19:00 PM; Rotative shifts; 2 days off

Relocation provided, including flight and accommodation for 1 month
What will I be doing?
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone to German-speaking customers (Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail - Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup - Card blocking/unblocking/exchange - Recording of phishing cases -Acceptance of payment transaction orders - Product information - Recording of complaints.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What do I need to do this?
- EU passport or ID card
- German C1 level & B1 in English (English is only for internal communication with the company)
- Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone.
