Location: Remote from Portugal

Role: German Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist

Salary: €44-49K p/a gross (depending on experience, includes language bonus) + food vouchers + work from home allowance

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, MON-FRI office hrs

The Role

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a passion for programmatic advertising? We are looking for a German-speaking Senior Programmatic Specialist to join a dynamic, international team, supporting top-tier marketing agencies through cutting-edge digital platforms.

This is a remote role based in Portugal and offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, including leading agencies, while leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and DV360.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns using DV360 (Display & Video 360) and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal teams 
  • Provide strategic consultation and support to enhance campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor on the best use of digital marketing tools and programmatic media
  • Ensure campaign delivery meets performance benchmarks and client expectations
  • Stay current on trends in programmatic advertising and digital media

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent German speaker, with excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience working with DV360 (Display & Video 360) or Xandr is essential
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other major digital marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media, digital marketing ecosystems, and performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with or for marketing agencies is highly desirable
  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
