DESCRIPTION
We are a BPO and Contact Center company specializing in omnichannel customer management. We help leading brands enhance their Customer Experience through our commitment to innovation and qualified, dynamic, and multicultural teams. We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.
Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the insurance sector.

  • Outbound contact with potential clients in the insurance sector;
  • Provide a detailed description of the conditions of the product;
  • Address questions regarding coverage, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Computer literacy;
  • Formal and polished language;
  • Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
  • Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
  • Native or near native level German (mandatory);
