About our client: Our client is an international BPO with offices in the USA, Ireland, Bulgaria & Asia with massive growth plans in 2024! is a dynamic and rapidly growing company providing essential services in the financial services sector.]. As part of our expanding team, they are seeking dedicated and bilingual Account Managers to work from home, covering territories across Germany

Position: Bilingual Account Manager - German and English Location: Work from home - anywhere in Ireland or Germany Start Date: 12th or 19th February

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts in Germany, focusing on upselling additional products and services (Note: Services related to online payment transactions)
• No cold calling involved; your role is to build relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide technical assistance to guide customers through the integration process of our products on their e-commerce sites

Requirements:

• 10 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, with outbound call center experience (B2B sales preferred)
• Fluent in both German and English
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (Irish time)
• Strong team player with a drive to achieve and maximize commission

Working Hours (German Teams):

• Initially 8 am to 5 pm Irish time, with an option to move to 7 am to 4 pm after training
• 4+4 flexi-shift (4 days, 10 hours; 1 day, 4 hours) available after 6 months
• Option to reduce lunch hour for early finish on Fridays
