German speaking B2B Sales Coach

DESCRIPTION

The role of the Sales Trainer is to steer the B2B Sales team to success via training initiatives and activities. By building expertise and developing the team’s skills, the Sales Trainer will be integral to maximizing performance, helping the team achieve their sales targets, and ensuring business growth.

Responsibilities/Tasks

 

  • Create and deliver effective Sales Training for a B2B Sales team
  • Identify areas of improvement/training needed for the team, collaborating closely with B2B operational leads
  • Design knowledge assessments and take actions based on the results
  • Maintain the relevant administration/reporting documentation, drive the analytical actions to measure knowledge, training effectiveness, and areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with the Training Lead on developing and implementing initiatives and programs
  • Deliver new hires onboarding sessions and skill development training
  • Continuously develop the training and knowledge/skill set assessment material
  • Define training plans and knowledge - based on assessment modules
  • Build training curricula and create training material based on operations and/or client requirements/needs

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

 

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2) both verbal and written
  • Fluent in the English language (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Flexibility, initiative, willingness to drive change
  • High interest in Sales, B2B environments
  • Ability to handle unique situations confidently & solve problems quickly and effectively by critically analyzing relevant information
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and developing environment
  • Ability to create reports & presentations and meet deadlines
  • PC literacy – Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
