What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As a German-speaking backoffice Support Agent for a hospitality group, you will:

  • Act as a bridge between the hotels and the suppliers through the advertisement platform.
  • Proudly provide excellent customer service by providing information about products or services, taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
  • Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications.
  • Assist suppliers through e-mails.

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of German (C2) and fluency in English (B2)
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
  • Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects.
  • Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
