Location: Portugal - work from home or Braga office

Role: German speaking Car Rental Agent

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1178 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 120 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20€ per month WFH allowance

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between

Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 20:00 

Saturday - 08:00 to 16:00

Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00

The Company

Our client is a global CX solutions partner - they currently operate in over 70 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit fluent German speakers to join their international team. This is a full work from home role from anywhere in mainland Portugal, or if you are near or in Braga, you can work from their office over there!

The Role

As a German speaking Car Rental Agent you will handle incoming queries via phone and email in relation bookings, cancellations and billing issues. You will be providing information about available vehicles, rental policies and pricing. Besides this you will inform customers about offers and add-on services.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Previous experience in Customer Support 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Salary and benefits
