Role: German speaking Customer Support Specialist
Salary: 1200 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus around 100 EUR meal vouchers p/m
Hours: 40 hrs per week rotational

The Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver top-tier assistance to customers via phone, chat, social media and email. You will be representing a famous home appliance brand known for its high-quality kitchen products. If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy providing exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses via phone and email.
- Provide clear, valid, and complete information by following established procedures.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships by addressing customer concerns in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Meet and exceed service quality expectations, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Create a seamless and positive customer experience that reflects our company’s values.
- Follow managerial guidance and actively provide feedback to improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Fluency in German
- Intermediate English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
