German Speaking Conversion Sales Agent to Limassol, Cyprus!

Part of your daily activities will be:

• To build and maintain relationships with customers via phone.
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
• To maximise sales activity.
• To assist clients with queries regarding registration.
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Conversion Manager
• Work mainly on the phone
• Handle different challenges and situations
• Work result-driven in a performing team
• Strong communication skills is required as you work verbally with customers every day

Candidate Profile

• Native Level German and fluent English skills
• Good computer and tech skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
• Experience in customer service or/and sales (potentially a similar role)
• A minimum of 1 year's previous sales and/or retention experience within the Forex sector.
