DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking German-speaking Customer & Client Support professionals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the dynamic capital city of Lisbon, Portugal. As the initial point of contact for customers, you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and provide friendly, solution-oriented assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
Performing troubleshooting to find solutions
Categorizing cases and potential errors
Assisting customers in using paid products
Escalating complex issues according to established procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent German skills (at least C1 level, ideally native proficiency) and B2 level of English
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities
Quick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skills
Outstanding organizational skills and time management
Minimum of 12 months direct customer service experience required, preferably in B2C and/or B2B contact centers
Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
Ability to not only handle customer emotions but also empathize with the customer's situation
Openness to flexible working hours as needed (may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays) / Shifts: 8 AM to 8 AM / Monday to Sunday
Have a valid EU passport or work permit
