DESCRIPTION
Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard German speakers to grow their large in-house Team in beautiful Budapest.
Your Role
- To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
- To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services.
- To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
- To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
- Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent German (C1+). both oral and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Prior experience in customer service is a big plus
- Good Computer skills
- Self-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
- Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics
- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously
- Able to work independently and as a part of the team
