German-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Madrid, Spain
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours/week)
Salary: €21,500 gross/year
– Base: €20,000 gross/year
– Signing Bonus: €1,500 gross (one-time)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shifts between 08:00 and 20:00

 Training:

  • Duration: 3 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
  • Note: Training is paid and contractually bound. Signing bonus does not apply during the training period.

Requirements:

  • German: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • English: Advanced level (minimum B2)
  • Work eligibility in Spain

Work Conditions:

  • On-site in our Madrid office
  • Hybrid option available after the adaptation period
  • Note: Access with electric scooters or similar vehicles is not permitted

Relocation Support:

Travel Reimbursement

  • Up to €200 reimbursed for relocation travel (train, plane, etc.)
  • Ticket/proof of travel required
  • Reimbursement processed after 3 months of employment
  • If you leave the company before 3 months, this amount will not be paid

Housing Allowance

  • €300–€400/month (gross) added to payroll for the first 3 months
  • For housing support during relocation to Madrid
  • Proof of accommodation payment (e.g., invoice) is required
  • Subject to taxes and deductions
