Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Direct queries to the right department efficiently while ensuring excellent service.
- Achieve and exceed defined KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Deliver every interaction with a focus on accuracy, helpfulness, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and English
- Strong customer focus with a genuinely friendly and helpful approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Relocation Package
There is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus an additional relo bonus of 600 euro paid in the 2nd month (note: if company accomodation is not available, a financial compensation will be given). Furthermore there is a fantastic on boarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
