DESCRIPTION

As a customer advisor in the insurance industry, you will use your skills to solve emerging problems precisely and efficiently and to advise your customers in a solution-oriented manner. Given the dynamics of this job, you will be able to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.


  • German-language inbound customer support by phone, chat, and email regarding various insurance topics
  • Answering emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.
  • Documenting relevant case information in the internal ticketing system
  • Asserting claims or canceling requests
  • Electronic archiving of successfully completed cases
  • Reviewing and updating changes to customer data or similar
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Responding appropriately to customer escalations and documenting the process precisely
  • As a representative of the company, you represent the company values and ensure a good reputation


REQUIREMENTS
  • German language skills at C1/C2 level or native speaker + English language skills at B2 level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer problems is an advantage
  • Patience and empathy to correctly understand customers' questions
  • Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player

All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
