REQUIREMENTS
Working as a German Speaking E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist You Have:
- German / English Bilingual is a must.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience preferably in technical support roles
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to sit for long periods of time
- Proven track record of being incredibly resourceful and finding solutions even when there is no clear path.
