What will you do?
- Engage with German-market clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
- Manage a high volume of accounts, delivering exceptional service and sales support
- Drive revenue growth through effective selling and convincing techniques
- Work with performance targets and KPIs to meet or exceed objectives
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level German and high-level English (written and spoken)
- Proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Track record of achieving high-volume sales results
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
