Support premium members via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

Content Review Specialist
Review streaming platform videos. Remove inappropriate content or anything that violates community guidelines.

Legal Online Analyst
Analyze and process legal requests (text-based), such as privacy claims, defamation, fraud, or falsification.


REQUIREMENTS
Customer Support
At least 12 months of customer support experience. 

Content Review Specialist and Legal Online Analyst
No previous experience required.

For all:

Native or C level of German + B2 English

OFFER
Relocation package (€2,500 gross with your first salary) and full support with obtaining your NIF and NISS (Portuguese tax and social security numbers).
