Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: German speaking Order Management Specialist

Salary: Gross annual salary package: 22,736 € plus potential monthly performance bonus of 150 € gross.

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week 

Overview of the company:

Our client is a medical technology company that delivers a range of products, software, and solutions designed to empower healthcare providers in facilitating remarkable outcomes for their patients.

The Role:

As an Order Management specialist you will receive and distribute incoming customer orders and discuss order entry and fulfilment issues with both the sales and customer service departments. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the complete order management from entry to delivery and resolves complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in either customer service/Finance/Data Entry/Data Checking/Payroll Data
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce

On offer

Monthly gross salary of 1624 euro (paid out 14x a year) plus 150 euro bonus potential per month. Benefits include: Heath and Life Insurance, 38 paid holidays (including 13 public holidays).
