German Speaking Quality Manager

Due to expansion our client is recruiting a German Speaking Quality Manager for their expanding call centre.
Overview
This role involves leading the Quality team to continually improve the Customer service teams in line with the company culture.
Job Duties
- Evaluate quality performance and process ability of the quality department.
- Create quality processes, continually improve quality within the department and the call centre, ensuring consistency and using automated processes when possible.
- Working with clients to ensure quality meets their requirements, meeting clients when required and presenting training plans to them.
- Be involved in audits and quality reviews, ensuring quality is being adhered to, training and mentoring Quality Team Leads.
Experience required
- Candidates should have experience of quality improvement using Lean, Six Sigma etc.
- Have several years Quality experience in a call centre environment, with experience performing the job duties mentioned above.
- Be educated to degree level minimum.
